My name is Gabriel Crawford, owner of MAPS/MAMS. I enjoy providing mental and health services to my community.  I have had various experiences in the mental health field and have a passion for caring for patients. I started my journey in mental health as an psychiatric aid at Southeast Missouri Mental Health Center in March of 2000.  While working there I returned to school to obtain my LPN and RN licenses. Upon receiving my degree, I continued my employment with Southeast Missouri Mental Health Center as a Registered Nurse (RN) from 2006-2012. Then, I moved into a management role at Parkland Hospital for the Gero Psych Unit from 2012-2015. From there I continued my education and received a Master's Degree in Nursing as well as a Nurse Practitioner License.  I have been a practicing Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner for many years and have cared for patients at Southeast Missouri Mental Health Center, various nursing homes, and residential care facilities in our community.  I look forward to caring for you and your family.

Services include Mental Health, Primary Care, In House Lab Services, and Therapy Services.
